Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CMMC Field Guide, available at getleadsnap.online, handles information when you visit the site or contact us. This site publishes informational articles, planning tools, and downloadable templates. It does not provide user accounts and does not ask visitors to upload CUI, contract files, security evidence, or credentials.

Information you choose to send

The contact page uses a direct email link. If you email us, we receive the address you use and the information included in your message. Please do not send Controlled Unclassified Information, export-controlled data, passwords, network diagrams, assessment evidence, or other sensitive contract information. We use messages to respond to the request, investigate corrections, and maintain a reasonable record of correspondence.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting and delivery providers may process ordinary technical data needed to serve and secure the site, such as IP address, browser/device information, requested URL, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs. We use such information for site operation, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, performance, and aggregate traffic understanding. We do not operate a user-profile database or sell visitor contact information.

Google advertising and cookies

If Google AdSense advertising is enabled on this site, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this site or other websites. Advertising cookies can use non-directly-identifying information to make advertising more relevant, measure ad performance, limit repeated ads, and support related advertising functions.

You can manage or turn off personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. You can also learn about opt-out choices from participating advertising companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page. Browser settings may also allow you to block or delete cookies. Disabling cookies can affect some website or advertising functions.

Analytics and site measurement

We may use privacy-conscious traffic measurement or Google Analytics if it is enabled in a future deployment. When a measurement service is used, it may process device, browser, approximate location, referral, page-view, and interaction information under its own terms and privacy controls. We will not intentionally configure analytics to collect CUI or the contents of files from visitors.

Third-party links

Guides link to external government, standards, and acquisition websites. Downloaded resources are hosted by this site, but external links are governed by the destination site's privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites.

Data retention and security

Email correspondence and operational logs are retained only as reasonably needed for communication, security, troubleshooting, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures for the site, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Children

This site is written for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when site functionality, analytics, advertising, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
